Colleen Ragan is a nationally certified acupuncturist, and licensed to practice in the state of Colorado.  She offers gentle and effective treatments, primarily in the Japanese style.  This treatment style is preferred by people who have a low pain threshold due to issues such as fibromyalgia or receiving cancer treatments, and is based on balancing the entire body with shallow needle insertion and very gentle needle manipulation.

Colleen is also the President of the South Dakota Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Association, an organization of professional acupuncturists dedicated to serving their communities with the highest standards of care.  Currently SD is one of only six states that are not regulated.  The SDAOMA is in the process of putting a bill before the legislature to regulate the practice of acupuncture in the upcoming January session.
